At Freeride & Course Skis, we want you to carve with confidence; if your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging with factory seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Gear

Securely pack your skis or accessories in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
